Cookie Policy

What cookies we use, why, and how you can control them.

Last updated 5 October 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. They let the site remember you and work properly. Similar technologies include local storage and device identifiers in our apps; this policy covers those too.

2. Cookies we use

Essential

Needed for the site to work, such as keeping you logged in and balancing traffic. These can't be switched off.

Security

Help detect suspicious activity, recognise trusted devices and protect forms from attack.

Functional

Remember your choices, such as language and display preferences.

Analytics

Tell us which pages are used and where errors happen, so we can improve the site. We only set these with your consent.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third-party services

Some providers we use, such as our identity verification, payment and analytics partners, may set their own cookies when you use their features. Their privacy policies apply to those cookies.

5. Managing cookies

You can change your choices at any time using the cookie settings link in our footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of Southledger, including log-in, won't work.

6. Changes

We may update this policy when our use of cookies changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
